Snow Day in Wilmington

Snow days are absolutely awesome!! This is the first time Cameron has ever seen snow. We wished and wished for snow this year and I guess someone was listening. We had a super time throwing snow balls and making snow angels :O)

Jennifer & Blaine

Jennifer and Blaine were married on December 13th in Shallote at their family church...the same church in which Blaine's mother & father were married. It was a simple ceremony and reception but everyone looked like they were having a great time. We got very lucky that day because the weather was mild not freezing cold. We were able to do some fun shots out in an over-grown field across the street from the church. Here are some of my favorite images from their day. Check them out.

HI Guys

Everyone out in the photography world is posting blogs about their 2008 accomplishments. Well of course I have to jump on that band wagon too. Well here goes....it is not very impressive :O)

1. Shot 38 weddings, some here some there, just the two of us and our interns Rachel & Kat
2. Managed to complete 38 weddings, countless sessions and all post production work ... whew
3. Took a few vacations : Caribbean cruise ( just me & D ), camped in the mountains, visited Charleston & Myrtle Beach and lastly our Disney Cruise with Cameron.
4. Shot our first wedding out of state and booked a wedding in Charleston - thanks Jana - we are simple
5. Maintained our other jobs @ HT and NHRMC
6. Cameron started kindergarden
7. Completed a photography project for the Betty H. Cameron Women & Children's wing of NHRMC. Next time you are down there our photography is hanging on the pediatrics and mother-baby floors.
8. Decided to enlarge our family - hopefully we will be excepting a baby (or two :O) in 2009...I will keep ya posted !!!

Well thats all I can muster up...it is plenty for us. Most of all we have a great year and met some really cool people along the way. Thanks to everyone that helped support us!!!!
