Peggy's bridals
I have been waiting a while to put these online - so here we go. Peggy is finally married and I can show her off. We spent the morning with her and grabbed some really cool images along the way. Here are a few of my favorites.

Erin & Sam
Mid-October Derick and I traveled up to the NC mountains for a little R&R and while we were up there we did Erin and Sam's engagement session. We had planned to head up on a Tuesday and scout and shoot the session on Wednesday, but the weather did not cooperate. So we headed down the Blue Ridge Parkway blind but we found some cool spots along the way. Check out their session.

Jenn & Matt
Jenn and Matt were married on the shore front in Ocean Isle Beach on 9-11-9. Their wedding was full of friends, family and lots of well wishes. We had such a good time. Jennifer was so cool and collective the whole day! - which was a nice surprise haha. The above image is just one of my favorites from the day, please check out their slide show below! Congrats you two.http://pinerphotography.myshowit.com/jenn_mattwedding
Katie & Russ
On September 26th Katie and Russ tied the knot at Orton Plantation's Lola's Chapel. I love, love this wedding - we had a super time. Katie's laugh is just contagious and she just glowed all day long! The way these two look at each other just sent goosebumps down my arm :O)
Katie is 23wks pregnant and gorgeous - oh I dig this shot - good one D!

Shannon's Bridals
Kristen & Greg
Airle Gardens is a very lovely setting for a wedding except during a thunderstorm :O) Kristen and Greg were married on June 27th which started out to be a beautiful summer day. We did a "first glance" for them and boy I am glad we did. Right near the conclusion of the first glance it began to rain - well pour! The monsoon rain continued for about 30 minutes and then cleared up, but that sunny sky was only temporary! The whole wedding party and ourselves were trapped in the gardens by the pergola during a severe thunderstorm - lighting galore! Everyone was soaked to the skin, even poor Kristen, she took it like a trooper though. They ended up moving the ceremony to Blue Water and we finished up the day there. Here are a few of the images we got during the "first glance", then checkout the slide show to see the full drama unfold :O)
